FAQ's
How to order a custom bible verse necklace?
First select a coating that you like. Gold, Rose Gold or White Rhodium. Then simply enter in the required field next to "Engraving" the Bible verse you want engraved on your necklace. We recommend a not too long verse name because the longer the smaller the engraving will be. Then you are ready to order your personalized necklace. Start customizing your Bible Verse Necklace.
Are there any other fonts available?
At the moment we only have one font with which we engrave our necklaces but we will definitely offer more in the future.

You can expect to receive your order in 8-11 business days. Every Necklace you see in simpleverse's catalog is is unique and made on-demand — once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. More information about Shipping and Delivery.
What size is the disc chain?
If you have any questions regarding the size of the necklace, we would be happy to direct you to our Size guide.
Why is your stock limited?
We made this decision very early on so that we could focus on creating special pieces that tell unique stories.
First of all, we are a young, upcoming brand, and for us to carry a large amount of inventory is just impossible, for example, when you talk about all the logistical issues like warehousing.
But what's way more important for us is that we don't want to aggressively push you to buy our products, which would only hurt our brand values. If you like our work and our mission, that's great, if not, that's fine too.
We will always limit our stock and only drop a small collection here and there. Of course we respond to the high demand from you guys and we will slowly increase our stock with every drop.
What is sterling silver and is it of good quality?
Sterling silver is made up of 92.5% pure silver which is mixed with another metal, usually copper. The reason for this is pure silver is very soft and therefore can bend or break easily. The quantity of copper added gives the silver strength so that your sterling silver jewelry is more durable for years of wear.
Sterling is the jewelry quality standard in the United States and most world markets. It is an alloy of 92.5% silver. The remaining 7.5% is usually copper though it is sometimes other metals such as nickel. Sterling silver is harder than fine silver but it is still soft compared to other metals.
In conclusion, you can wear sterling silver every day, but you must do so carefully. Regular wear prevents premature tarnishing ONLY if you avoid wearing it when participating in certain activities. Remember: avoid moisture, open-air, and chemicals if at all possible.
