Personalization
Can I customize my phone case with a Bible verse?
Yes. How to order your custom case:

Enter the verse in the “Bible Verse” field. Keep it concise so the text remains legible.

Font and language
We use a clean, standard font. If you want a different language, provide the exact wording.
Can I change the verse after ordering?
Once production starts, edits aren’t possible. Please double‑check your text before purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Within the US, in‑stock cases usually arrive in 3–5 business days. Custom phone cases are made on demand: 7–10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.
Standard vs. Premium case shipping regions
Standard Cases: ship worldwide.
Premium Cases: ship to the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Is shipping free?
Shipping within the US is currently free.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
For non‑custom items you have 14 days from delivery to return items in original condition. Return shipping within Germany is covered by us.
Exceptions for personalized items
Custom‑made products are excluded from standard returns. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace or refund it.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll help you with the exchange process.
Order Issues & Support
Order confirmation not received?
Check your spam folder and verify your email address. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order details at contact@yoursimpleverse.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production or shipping yet, we’ll try to accommodate changes. Email us as soon as possible.
My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Email a photo and your order number to contact@yoursimpleverse.com. We’ll make it right.
